Our Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policies

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy - We ask that patients provide at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling or canceling appointments. Failure to do so may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost, unless we are able to fill your appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling appointments within 6 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the appointment cost, unless we are able to fill your appointment.

 

No Show Policy - Failure to attend appointments without prior notification WILL incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the appointment cost, as the appointment will go unfilled.

 

We hope you can appreciate this is necessary to cover our time and ongoing expenses if your appointment cannot be filled. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will do our best to accommodate these situations on a case-by-case basis. However, we kindly ask that patients respect our policy and provide adequate notice when they are unable to keep their appointment.
